He was upfront about pricing and after diagnosing the problem gave me several options to choose from. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision or do unnecessary work. Later I was able to get a hold of him on the first call to ask questions about submitting a claim to insurance. I will continue to use and will highly recommend!
