The service was fine but they did an awful job explaining the cost structure.They told me $200 to send someone out to investigate and then I would be informed from there on the rest. The guy identifies the issue and it's a 2 minute fix. He then charges me $400 ($200 for the call and a minimum of 1 hour of labor at $200/hr). Had they been upfront with that cost structure I would have looked elsewhere.

Dalton Electrical Contracting guys showed up when they said they would. Technician gave me a detailed estimate within minutes. They came back later to perform the work and completed it the same day. Since this was a repair on a building I lease I was pleased as my tenant was hardly inconvenienced.

The technician was great. We lost power to a portion of our house after an AC/Vacuum mishap. The technician was quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. In the end, it ended up being a very simple problem to rectify. The technician put everything back as it was and also noticed a few other items while there. Special thanks to the technician!

So glad I called these guys to work in my building. I bought an apartment building in the suburbs and didn’t realize the stairway and exterior lights didn’t work until the first evening. Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. I met him and his partner the next day. They were able to fix the broken automated timer, and properly connect it to all 3 of the electrical panels. Another electrician quoted 3x as much as Daniel did, and told me I needed to replace everything with new equipment. After the repairs, they meticulously tested all the panels and made sure all of the stairway and outside lights worked before they left. Now all the lights come on automatically in the evening and turn off at sunrise. So glad to have a go-to electrical contractor for all my properties.
