Ray's Electrical Services

Ray's Electrical Services was great to do business with. They were on time, courteous, professional & recommended solutions to my issues. I’d recommend them to anyone with electrical needs. They were reasonably priced and did amazing work. I had 3 exterior lights replaced, recessed lighting installed in a home office, a smoke detector repaired & two outlets installed in my garage. The work was fantastic! It looks amazing.

Jack was a very knowledgeable and experienced electrician. We had lost power in specific rooms due to an overload and have several electricians come in but they could not locate the issue. He was able to patiently trace the issue to its source and solve the problem! We are very happy with his level of service, responsiveness and clearly communicating the issue and cost. The tech from Ray's Electrical Services was everything I needed in an electrician. Very knowledgeable and professional. Danny's work ethic is something to brag about. He wasn't going to leave until the job was done properly, which meant he was going to stay until 11pm to get the job done. Everything was clean and was very reasonably priced.

Austin was extremely responsive from the time I asked for a quote through our entire process. When he arrived he was very professional and great to work with. We felt a great comfort having him working in our home and he did great work for a reasonable price. I’m very glad we used his services.

I was very happy with the repair work done. Jack was very thorough and took the time to explain what was wrong with my light fixture not working and everything that affects it. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer each question even if I kept repeating myself. I understood what happened to the light fixture in my closet . The technician was great. We lost power to a portion of our house after an AC/Vacuum mishap. The technician was quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. In the end, it ended up being a very simple problem to rectify. The technician put everything back as it was and also noticed a few other items while there. Special thanks to the technician!

We had suddenly lost power to a number of lights and outlets. Jack was amazing in his ability to quickly and methodically isolate where the break in power was isolated and get us back up and working. I would highly recommend Ray's Electrical Services and will use them again.

We called and Ray's Electrical Services provided an accurate estimated cost on services we were seeking to be performed. We made an appointment for Tuesday morning and I received an email confirming appointment and on Tuesday morning received a text and email confirming they were in route with a picture of the technician in route to my house. This was my first experience utilizing Ray's Electrical Services company but I will utilize them for all our electrical needs and would refer them to friends and family.

I called on Sunday and they set up an appointment from 12 to 3 pm window and no one showed up then I called and they rescheduled for today 10 -1pm and again no one showed up and I called and they said no one can come today and they tried to tell me tomorrow but I said no. I cancelled everything and requested my money back from the subscription they offered me for one year discount. 199.00 annual fee for their services with discount. They took the money asap on Sunday but can't provide an electrician who can show up for the appointment. Never again. Wasted my time twice waiting for them.

I recently had to use Ray's Electrical Services to restore power to our house due to an issue with buried electrical lines and separately fix our ground system. Everyone from Todd, William and the rest of the team that showed up onsite were very professional and I would highly recommend Ray's Electrical Services

It's not actually Ray's it's a company called Premium Home Services that charges $149 to come out ($300 for weekend) and then plus the cost of the work. They keep pushing their subscription but going through online reviews it can be difficult to cancel. They let me cancel it but I had to open a dispute with my CC to get the refund.

Would highly recommend Ray's Electrical Services. The office staff and the electricians are very professional and courteous. Had 2 ceiling fans installed in our new town home a few months ago. They did a great job, showed up on time and the price was reasonable. Always made sure we knew what was going on and always asked if we had questions. Great work !!

Prompt, very good return of phone calls before and after the install. Other electrical companies would put me on hold on the first call. I was given an estimate on the phone without even coming to my house. Easy, because it was a cut and dry install. And that's what estimates are estimates. You don't hold anyone to them. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment today 3/18/2022, signed up for their services at $149. Appointment was from 12pm to 3pm, no one showed up, I called at 2pm to confirm if we on still on, and still got no response. I called at 3:05PM to cancel, and thanked them for wasting my time, whereas I could of been at my work. Unprofessional

This is an awesome company! We have used them for 3 projects. They do great work, quickly. They are communicative, helpful, punctual and affordable. Their employees are kind and personable and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I would recommend their services to my friends and family!!!

This was my second time using Jack and his team and they exceeded my expectations again.The friendly team are always on site early, do great professional tidy work and clean up the site afterwards. the quote for the work was very competitive.Would definitely recommend and use them again.
