We had Galaxy Electrical Contracting install a new panel and spa package - GFCI breaker for our hot tub. They really cleaned up our existing electrical mess. The new panel was installed and all outlets/appliances work. Our hot tub works. Everything was done in a tidy and professional manner. They communicated well.

Zack was excellent! We were misdiagnosed by the last tech and told the stove was bad so we purchased a new stove. That night the breaker still stripped. He explained the breaker was actually bad to start and now with the new stove it was overpowered. He upgraded our breaker and we tested out the connection. After the normal time the breaker usually tripped it was still working and the breaker was cool to the touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! Thank you again

Galaxy Electrical Contracting was a fantastic company to work with. I needed some simple work, and it may be difficult to locate tradespeople who would take on minor tasks. The electrician performed an excellent job, was quick, and courteous. Some ideas for replacing halogen bulbs with lead in lighting fixtures were very useful, since the previous bulbs burned out much too often! They cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to be fast and accommodating. I'll use them again without a doubt!

Was given a very straight shot response on what was needed and price was lower then expected. My technician showed up before the suggested time and got straight to helping fix my 2 situations. Can never get anyone on the phone from the company. They subcontract work and had issues with scheduling and COI. Kept getting the run around and last minute cancellations (twice) for a job that had been scheduled weeks in advance. No customer service at all just an answering service.

Henry was very nice and accommodating to my schedule. He had our entryway Chandelier replaced. He was very professional and patient. I searched for what felt like hours for a good electrician. From the get go I felt like this company was different. They were kind, accommodating, and prompt. Henry was super helpful in getting everything back up and running. He was also very knowledgeable in pointing out some oversized breakers the were inappropriately installed in the panel by the last electrician that we had come out which could have been potentially hazardous, and since there are kids in the home, much appreciated. I was in need of an electrician to install a Tesla Wall Connector (EV charging cord) and was recommended to Galaxy. My main panel didn't have enough room so I had --------- install a sub-panel and then install the EV cord. Galaxy Electrical was great to work with as I already had some of the materials needed (reduced materials cost). Would definitely use his services again. A+
