Best Electricians in Illinois

They are extremely professional and did a great job. The cost was much higher than it was 2 years ago. Not sure why.

I made an appointment for 11AM but the technician Ervin didn’t get here until after 3PM. Before that At 12 I called him to see how long will it take him and He kept saying me he’s 5-10 minutes away. How does 5-10 minutes away turn into 4 hours later? That right there should have been the dealbreaker for me. when he finally got here, Ervin tried to charge me $750 just to simply switch out two electrical outlets. Im not joking. When he finally realized I wasn’t going to fall for it, he called the company and they lowered the price, but it still was too high. Im not even sure he’s licensed let alone bonded from his answers to my questions. Then he left to go to the Home Depot to get the materials, which took him another two hours! I was done. When he finally got back I was about ready to call the police to make him leave. I strongly do not recommend doing business with them. This company doesn’t value your time and is very disrespectful to their customers.
