We had a power surge at our new house late on a Saturday night. At the time we had no idea what was going on except that the lights were flickering and we had a hot outlet. Fearing an electrical fire, we searched for an emergency electrician and we found Sapphire. Mike answered and walked us though turning off the circuits and checking on a few other things. He was so nice on the phone and he dispatched Shawn to come out to our house the next day (Sunday). Shawn arrived, listened to what we had experienced the night before and immediately got to work. He determined that we had had a power surge, explained from A-Z how a power surge works, things he would be looking for, insurance coverage, time/labor, safety and the prevention of future surges. Shawn was nothing short of phenomenal in terms of expertise, thoroughness, communication (both with us and our insurance company), time management, and professionalism. He also put up with our toddler who had 100 questions for him on more than 1 occasion. Shawn will be our electrician for all future electrical projects or concerns at our house. It’s so hard to find trustworthy people when you are in an emergency situation. Please know from our experience (and trust me, our house was a disaster), that you can trust Sapphire and that Shawn is our personal favorite.

Charles and his crew were top notch. They were able to promptly find and rectify a dangerous issue in our home that led to multiple electrical problems. He pointed out the exact causes, which in our case were exposed and faulty wiring and improper circuit breakers in the panel box. The quality of their work is unmatched as you can clearly see the difference as they take you through step by step in showing what was done. From the initial meeting where the work to be done was clearly defined with pricing explained, periodic updates on the status of when the unit would arrive, to the actual installation, the office and field staff were highly professional. All these with minimal damage to walls and ceilings. His team was very professional, polite and hard workers. We are very pleased with their work. What is most important, the job was done ON time, ON budget and NO surprises.

Dalton Electrical Contracting guys showed up when they said they would. Technician gave me a detailed estimate within minutes. They came back later to perform the work and completed it the same day. Since this was a repair on a building I lease I was pleased as my tenant was hardly inconvenienced.
