Alex came over and quickly installed a light fixture for me. It took him around 15mins total. He was very personable and transparent about his price. I would definitely hire Alex again.

We recently bought a new apartment in the Financial District. As somebody who considers themselves pretty safety conscious, I just wasn’t happy with the previous electricians work in our new place.
We got the guys in to upgrade and install a new electrical panel. We also put in dedicated circuits to prevent against any potential surges.)
Sure, we could have carried out the work cheaper with unlicensed electrician who isn’t accountable, but that's a risk; and I don't gamble with electrical issues.

I worked with this company today on the repair of my outlet that was not working. The electrician arrived promptly within the time window. He was a very well-equipped and well-mannered guy for me. Jorge is a very intelligent and professional electrician. And so much more. He installed floating shelves for us that had strip lighting across them. He creatively figured out and suggested the best way to install these shelves as well as where to put the transformer both to hide it and to keep it accessible in case of need for maintenance. He is also fixing a set of dimmers, an outdoor outlet, a china cabinet lcd light, and installing two new electrical outlets. He is precise, a clear communicator, he is on time and you can count on his estimates. Jorge knows exactly what he is doing. You can count on him. And he is a very nice man too!

I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not. Will certainly keep them in mind for bigger electrical jobs in the future. Thanks Hector!

Best electrician out their, so helpful and and prices are extremly fair. Robert helped me know a lot about about what to do and not to do in an emergency while my lights went out and the electricity wasnt working.
