I got a call from my tenant that the shower faucet got broken and water was running into the bathtub. I could not turn off the water in the whole building, because there were other tenants in the building and they were using bathrooms and were cooking etc. These were evening hours when everyone is at home. At the same time none of the plumbers I called was available to come right away to help. The money was really flushing down the drain. I could not wait until next morning. I was under tremendous stress: my utility bill was getting bigger every moment. This is where GeneralSF comes into the picture. Yevgeny answered my call and came within 15 minutes. He disassembled the shower faucet and stopped the water from running. He identified the broken part. Next day first thing in the morning he purchased this part in the store and installed it. Communication was excellent. Follow-up demonstrated genuine caring. But here's something we noticed that we did not expect. The crew worked together like a symphony. These guys were attuned to each other in a way that allowed synchronicity and efficiency that I never thought about in roof work. This was especially important as our roof has a 45 degree slope and many roofers flat did not want to do the job.

I have a client who had her roof done (and paid more than double what we did) and several days later I found 3 nails in her driveway. It only takes one nail to cause a flat tire. It was deeply gratifying watching the crew scouring our ground EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not ONE Nail was left behind!
