We were very pleased by King Rooter. They were friendly and communicative. When unexpected issues happened they treated us fairly. They did the work with great care. Very satisfied!

I called Brothers because my hot water heater wasn’t working. I was quoted at around $2k for repairs and told I would need to replace a part. The technician didn’t even look to see if the part was actually broken or if it just needed a cleaning. Afterwards, I did my own research and discovered that the fan just needed to be clean and I had it up and running within 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded paying the technician to clean it but they seemed intent on replacing it and charging me a lot for it. I also called other plumbing companies to get a quote for a flushing and realized that Brothers was intent on charging me 3x-4x the amount compared to the other quotes I received from over 5 different companies. It is hard to recommend Brothers plumbing for others and I don’t see myself ever using them again for my plumbing needs.

This company excels! Above my expectations on the two different occasions that I've used them. They truly care! It's refreshing!!!

Jose Cuevas replaced a water heater in a timely, very professional manner. He showed up early and on time and the work was done well. High 5 has provided good service and work several times we needed to call on them.

I had what I thought was a clogged drain, but due to the cold temps in CO, my pipes had frozen underneath my sink and the water was backing up in the sink side and the garbage disposal side. I called to have someone service my furnace which was not heating. Kathy was very helpful and called me within 20 minutes after my initial call that someone would be coming in the next 30 minutes. Alex G. arrived promptly with a friendly smile. He did the necessary repairs in a timely manner and explained what the situation was concerning my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. Between you and the warranty company all I did is waste $75. Ross came to my house, went in the crawl space for 5 minutes and came up with a picture of my pipe completely broken in half which it previously was not before he went down there. Now my claim is denied because of physical damage and I'm just out $75 with a broken pipe in my crawl space.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is very unreliable and very unprofessional. BEWARE!!
