Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Bob Archer came out personally to our house in North Tustin to clear a clogged toilet (also affecting shower and sink). Came out a second time at no charge when the issue reoccured a few days later. Very pleasant and will definitely use them again.

Shandy, Tim , Mario and the crew were very professional, transparent and good at explaining issues and propose solutions. I ended up hiring them after getting over 6 quotes from different providers. They beat most of them on pricing, and beat all of them by far on communication. Always on time and easy to work with. Good price all considered.

Unfortunately their camera inspection after hydrojetting could not catch a big drain break, seemingly hidden by residual build-up.
This break was found only when the epoxy brush coating was almost finished and the price to fix the break was nearly a +30% the initial quote. If I knew it before I would have reconsidered the whole job but.. things happen.

I still think they did a pretty good job, it wasn't easy. 4 stars and a half round to 5.

We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend.
