Fernando is brilliant, just brilliant. Incredibly professional, honest and modern. Fernando knows the appetite we require to complete the job. I had him install a water system in our home in Irvine. I am bringing him back for water heater and so much more. His knowledge of tankless is second to none.

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. Martin and his team were extremely detailed and thorough throughout the whole process from start to finish. He promptly found my sewage issue and provided multiple options to fix with the pros and cons for each. Highly recommended for any plumbing/sewage job big or small.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing.
