Called this business to unclog a drain,
I took a chance because I've been taken advantaged of by the bigger plumbing companies in the past. He is a very nice honest man who is licenced and contracted...if he couldn't unclog their would be no charge..other companies charge just to come to your house.

I have used Western Rooter several times over the last few years, including to buy my water heater and to do a number of plumbing repairs. I have had consistently good experiences with all of their technicians, and especially excellent experiences with Omar, who did a complicated repair for me a few months ago, and quickly diagnosed a mystery noise in my plumbing today. The care and expertise that he puts into his work is obvious, and I greatly appreciated having a plumber who explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I wholeheartedly recommend Western Rooter.

Great service, did everything they could to fit me in right away and did the work for a very reasonable price, without forcing me into all the add-on work the others wanted to do.

My tank less heater was down. I called couple of plumbers who asked upfront money to check but Raul from Rodco Plumbing did not ask visiting charge. He came within a couple of hours of phone call and diagnosed the problem. He talked to heater supplier company and convinced that I should get new parts free of cost due to leaks in heat exchanger. He ordered the parts for me and came 2nd day to fix heat exchanger and Solenoid manifold with reasonable charge. I am very satisfied with his service and definitely recommend to others.

We were needing a plumber to come look at our home after we found that our toilets kept backing up and that it seemed to get worse. We had a hydro jett Done and it seemed to make such a huge difference. We noticed that after the hydro jett was completed our water was running very smoothly through the piping afterwards. No more clogged toilets so happy

I found them through google and they did not disappoint. Ron and his son Alex were extremely reliable and have quick appointments. I had an issue with water damage in my bathrooms and both they recommended a company to have that fixed all went well. I have since called both of them for other jobs around my house such as leak detection and they are always fast and professional. I'll continue to use them as my go to plumbers.

I bought a dishwasher for 999.0 at home depot and to put in an electrical plug. (wires were there) a ten minute job. It costs me 850.0 for Powell to hookup. Why so much? No one at Powell could tell me. Feel taken advantage of. Will not use them again.

Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mother’s Day. I ordered online for Mother’s Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mother’s Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they don’t work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mother’s Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement.

I used them based on good reviews and I just don’t want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.

This guy is a scammer..DO NOT HIRE HIM! He will not follow through on work...He will STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT HIRE HIM...HE IS A CROOK!
