Drain Masters Plumbing company is very professional, friendly, and prompt. Especially Tony, he is knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have.

The reason why I called these guys was because of the excellent ratings. My experience was much different. The person arrived at my house an hour late and only called me to let me know he was going to be late 45 minutes after the appointment time--I had taken time off work for this so I was a little frustrated to not have been notified sooner.

Job I called for: A new faucet I needed to have installed in my kitchen.

When he arrived, he didn't apologize for being late and started to complain about the traffic, which I can sympathize with. When he saw my kitchen faucet, he said he had never heard of that brand, and he then proceeded to ask me what some of the faucet parts were for--If I knew what they were, I would not have called a plumber for help! He then proceeded to let me know he only works with high-end faucets. He went under the sink to look at the pipes and said it would take him 3 hours to get this job done and then he quotes me $475 for the job!

I told him I couldn't afford that since I was initially quoted $125 for the job. He walked out of my house and left!

I later found a plumber (from another company) to install my faucet. It took him 30 minutes and I was charged $80.

Leo is very professional. He had to redo my shower valve because the plumbers who I previously hired had it set to forward and tile wouldn’t have been flush. Leo also upgraded my water heater to a tankless water heater. Leo explained the process of what he was going to do and spoke to the tile guy to see how far out it needed to be roughed in. Very clean work area and excellent work. I would recommend.

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
