We've had J Chase Plumbing And Drains come out twice in the past year to help us with a toilet and dish disposal issue. Both times, the men were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced :) Met the owner who is extremely personable too.

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. Our A/C quit working and my wife has medical issues that require A/C. Called one company who told me they could see me in two weeks! Called Castillo and they were there that afternoon, obtained the required parts and fixed the A/C the next morning. Can't ask for better service than that. Castillo on my list for such repairs.

Bogus work, false claim on invoice explanation of work completed. Zero professionalism and know-how. Sad that companies like this will take advantage of homeowners to cover up their lack knowledge.
