Phoenix Grill Cleaning did a fabulous job of making our 6 year old built-in grill look like new! I never imagined it could ever look this clean again! The owner quickly responded to our inquiry, arrived on time, was very friendly and very thorough in his work. Elizabeth and Premium Custodian Services has been the best cleaning service we have ever had. We have been through several of them but they are hands down the best. Their service is top notch and their cleaning is even better. They show pictures and communicate very well on anything that needs to be addressed. We are 100% happy with them and will never switch! Best around for sure!

We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!
