Water Pros is always very professional and responsive and this time was no different! With a water emergency on a Saturday morning, they found time on their schedule to come out within a few hours of our call and we’re able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Pricing was reasonable, especially for such a quick response time. The tech, Hunter, was friendly and we were pleased with the service and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend!

I love Gordon. I'm 75 yrs old and Gordon removed/replaced my tub/shower unit with a solid surface, corian, walk-in shower complete with hand bars. It's beautiful and was affordable. Excellent work. This man is awesome.

On 9/17/18 my kitchen drain was stopped up, I called a well known pluming company in for a $83.00 snake the drain.
To make a long story short, the $83.00 snake the drain, turned into $468.00 bill after they brought in a water jet, when that did not work they brought in a drain camera, and told me where the stoppage was.
The stoppage was 12’ from the cleanout, yet they told me they had 40’ of snake in the drain.
Before they left they gave me a $2,545.50 estimate to dig up the lines and find and fix the problem.
They left, problem still not solved!

The next morning I called the well known plumber company and asked to speak with some one in charge, and was told they would call back.
They never returned my call, needless to say I put a stop payment on the check.

I decided to get a second opinion on the stoppage, and called Plumber from Down Under (Anthony)
Anthony put the snake in the clean out, and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes, and charged $100.00

I was extremely impressed With ROB:
1. He came out and gave me an estimate and reviewed how I could reduce the price of the overall bill by almost $100. That alone was outstanding.
2. Came back and installed my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and all plumbing associated with it.
3. Was timely and friendly.
4. Was neat and tidy with everything from not allowing the primer and glue to stain anything. They kept the glue off my cool deck, my house and you cant even see it on the PVC tubes.
5. And he along with me likes Bob Marley...lol!
Plumbing Express will be my preferred plumber going forward.

I used this company to install 3 new toilets in my home. They were great to work with, communication was amazing and I recommend them for any of your needs!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

Water heater went out Saturday afternoon. Called the service and Aaron came right over. It was too late to get parts so he pulled the old one to stop the leaking. New one was installed first thing Monday and hot water was back on by 9! Awesome response!

I called Safeway plumbing when we had a clogged RV toilet and and I called a couple other companies and the all said they did not service RV's except one they thought I meant a mobile home so they came out and sent a young kid in nice van with decals etc. The works but... they could not get my toilet unclogged originally Clint at Safeway said he did not do RV's either but me and him ended up playing phone tag a little lol and he decided he would ride by and look at it for me but to my surprise he came with the tools and experience needed for the job he knew right what to do and he made it happen Thank you Clint Me and the wife and Kids a much appreciated to you. FYi he didn't use and snake either to get it I had already tried that and so did the other plumbing company I will not give away his trick of the trade but I'm sure glad he decided to come take a look even though he did not normally do RV's thank you so much Safeway Plumbing...

Jon Robinson's Solar and Plumbing is a gem of a company. Family owned and run, they care about service and value and I always felt that I came first. I am in the process of having a HW tank replaced due to damage to it from a water leak originating from the unit above me. When the remediation crew accidentally cut the main water line and water was gushing, a call to Jon and reroute of his two sons to this emergency situation saved the day. I have to say the 3 J's Jon, Jeremy and Josh as well as Aaron (but lets just call him Jared to keep with the J's), are totally customer oriented, friendly and go the extra mile to explain things and make things right. I am from Canada and this is my 2nd home...I have total peace of mind on my plumbing when these fellas are behind it.

Installed a hot water tank for me. Arrived on time, did a great job, and reasonably priced. Finally, a plumber you can count on! Highly recommend

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Was on the phone on Waite for 10 minutes . So I finally hung up . But not to much longer I got and email giving me a number to call back and with in minutes I got a phone call back apologizing for the long Waite a lot of call arrived in at the same time I guess. Meant a lot that they contacted me back. Once Josh come out he was professional, knowledgeable and nice . endorse
