Right Now Plumbing totally lived up to their name. I called them and they were able to come right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came. They were very knowledgeable and were able to fix my plumbing problems and even had parts on hand. I will definitely use them again and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Carmen came out and replaced my water heater. He was incredibly professional when talking to him on the phone he explained everything he was going to be doing and gave me a great price before he performed the work. I will be using Tria plumbing again!

One of best work experiences I have ever had. From beginning to end they were responsive and professional. Glenn the work man, was excellent in explaining our situation and what was needed to be done WITHOUT PUTTING PRESSURE . Even encouraged us to go back to original installer if we wanted since it would be under some warranty. Wow, he wanted best for us even if it meant losing the service. I chose Glenn and he fixed to working order and cleaned up as well. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone needed plumbing help.

They were called by my landlord. Although they did clear the drain from the roof vent it took me two hours to clean the mess up. Not sure how clearing the bathroom sink they end up with black stinky sludge in my tub ,on my shower curtain and the door jam. We spent an hour just cleaning under the sink. The tech walked through the mess he made on the bathroom floor spreading it into the living room to the front door.
I do know how it happened. He said he had just finished up clearing a kitchen sink the call before mine. He didn't rinse his cable off before my job. A kitchen line is the messiest and dirtiest line in a house. 4 stars for clearing the line. 1 star for leaving me to clean his mess up.

Dan was terrific. He came out late on a rainy Friday and stayed until the work was done. Very professional and very thorough. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Shawn was very professional, super friendly and got our garbage disposal swapped out quickly. This was one of the rare times that using a company sent by our home warranty was a pleasant experience. We wouldn't hesitate to use Arid Valley Plumbing again!

Never called me back!!

He canceled 40 minutes before he was supposed to show up because he informed me he wasn't insured and my home is less than a year old. These are things he should have asked/ made me aware of before the appointment was booked.

Let me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional. She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. I have retired after serving almost 33 years with Phoenix. Kenneth discounted 10% for his service. I'm so thankful I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp. I will recommend this business to anyone who needs Plumbing. Great job Kenneth, you represented Larson Family Plumbing very well, thanks.
