Brody arrived to repair a leaky faucet and met my mother at our home because my husband and I couldn’t be there. She raved about how nice and efficient and competent and timely he was. It was a good experience, our sink is fixed, and we’ll call again for our next plumbing issue.

Dee arrived out to assess why my dryer and stove were not heating. He found some live wires in my wall that were not connected to anything. Upon further assessment, he found two wires coming into and out of my dryer outlet, meaning there was 240v running, shorting out, versus the 120v that is supposed to be there. Dee kept in contact with me throughout the whole fix and kept me posted on what needs to be done to repair my issue. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made time to do the job right!

Our work person, Jess, did an fantastic work installing our new unit. The quality of his work was excellent. He was able to locate the condenser unit in a better location and the installation looked better than before. He removed all of the excess material from the site and made sure the area was left looking in good order.

At first, I was reluctant to pay $100 to have someone to look at my furnace but it was well worth it. Kurt was thorough and professional about the whole problem. I had other companies looking at my furnace and nobody could tell me what was wrong. Kurt found it right away and did a whole inspection of it. He was nice, knowledgeable and kind of my home (he wore booties over his shoes and cleaned after himself). He was also on time and called before heading to my house, which I really appreciated. The installers for the washer and dryer could not do the install because of the pipe to shut off the water connection was stuck. These arrived out the next day from when I contacted and explained my different options and broke out the best option for cost savings,etc. wonderful guy that came out for the service, knowledgeable, kind and professional.
