Had a good experience. Got 4 bids and they were the best.
No nonsense like booties, which really are not needed. Petar did a good job, cleaned his mess, pointed out a potential sign of roof issues, and was nice to my puppy who wanted to play. On time, priced as quoted & made sure I knew cost before starting work.
When I use them again, I will request Petar.

Water heater went out on Sunday. Went through Home Depot and got routed to them. Called Monday morning at 8am. Website said that if we called before noon, we might get same day appointment. Because of size of water heater we got next day appointment. Over the phone, sales person said 3pm to 6pm is appointment window. E-mail later said 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday. Received a call just after 430pm on Tuesday that techs were running behind and can’t make appointment. They could reschedule for Friday. I asked for alternatives so we could get someone out: emergency repair, pay extra, after hours, schedule, anything. All I could get out of them was because of my location, it’s hard for them to get people out there. Keep in mind I live in a large city. Friday is the best they can do, no leeway. Basically, they did nothing to retain my business and never really cared that they had to cancel appointment.

First: bait and switch on pricing. Despite sending pictures of the existing water heater and plumbing, raised the price $1200 upon arrival.

Second: damaged property. Damaged interior wall when removing water heater. Spilled PVC glue all over the basement floor. I have purple puddles everywhere, including on the new water heater. Vehicle left old stains in the driveway.

Would not recommend. Would not reuse. I wish I would have been smart enough to read reviews prior to this installation.

I would have only given them one star however, part of the issue is Home depot. Trying to deal with two different companies to get a hot water heater replaced who both point the finger at the other company instead of taking any responsibility is very frustrating. I have a hot water heater that was supposed to be replaced under warranty and trying to get this accomplished has taken many hours and wasted a lot of time.

Home Depot uses them.

The person sent was over an hour late. Then said he could not do the job by himself because the water heater was to big for him to install by himself. So he would need to come back in a day or two. I have had water heaters installed before by only one person, so I don't know what the deal was.

In any case it wasted my time and I was so angry I cancelled. I don't have time for this type of treatment. I do plan to contact Home Depot to let them know. Seems quite lazy, really !

Bought a new toilet at Home Depot and arranged installation at the store. Delta Mechanical called promptly for appointment to install, they were up front about price, and their plumber, Steve came in specified time, installed quickly without any mess and was very professional and polite. I had a good experience with Delta Mechanical.

I had a water heater installed by Delta Mechanical. This installation failed inspection.
1) leak at flex connector on hot side.
2) unsoldered coupling on T&P discharge pipe.
3) pan required under water heater when on structural floor and/or when
basement is finished.
4) insulation in contact with flue pipe, minimum 1 clearance is required.
Delta Mechanical said they will charge me $1,000 for a new install to fix the problem. A tech came out last week and said this install was poorly done and needs to be fixed. Again, the company will charge $1,000 to fix their work. The tech was nice and I believe he would do good work. It's the company that is just inherently bad.

I had scheduled to have a water heater installed today and was told that my appointment window was between 10am and 2pm (4 hours!). Fine. But, by 2pm, I hadn’t heard from them, so I called to find out the status. Was told that the tech was running behind, but was about 30 minutes away and just finishing up another job. As soon as he was done, he would (supposedly) head my direction. Two and a half hours later, still nothing! So, I called the company again. They then put me on hold for 15 minutes while they “contacted dispatch.” After sitting on hold, they then came back on the line and said they weren’t able to get ahold of the tech, but suggested rescheduling two days later. I told them that they’d already ruined my plans for today by not showing, that the suggested reschedule wouldn’t work for me and that I needed it installed today. I also expressed my frustration with their complete lack of communication regarding the install and the fact that I had to call them twice to get a status update. And, they were completely unapologetic about the situation. I don’t know why the Home Depot contracts with them! This is completely unacceptable!

These guys are the worst. I paid $3600+ for a hot water heater install, including extra money for getting the water heater moved a few feet over from its original position. They jimmy-rigged the install -- with the gas line, water line and water pipes being improperly installed. Then, they did not want to properly fix it. I had to repeatedly chase them to get them look at their shoddy work. It failed the city inspection for THREE reasons! Then when they came out to look at it again, they argued that it would take even more money to properly fix it. I assumed that Home Depot would send me out a good installer, but I sure was wrong. Do yourself a favor, and look at ALL of their bad reviews.

Terrible company, called first day and was told one amount for the job. Originally When asked for discount Oscar brings it down $200 but when spoke with some other guy, he said Oscar doesn’t even remember throwing in discounts. Oscar rejected and ignored my calls all day on purpose because he couldn’t fess up to offering the discount. Long story short, I agreed to pay whatever they quoted but plumber didn’t even show up, when asked for courtesy discount for their screw up on not showing up they wouldn’t even budge. Cancelled the appointment and called another company that was $400 cheaper than them. Very unprofessional and highly over priced. These guys think they are special because they are Home Depot’s preferred contractors and feel privileged to overcharge. Terrible experience…wouldn’t recommend this company. HD headoffice will be getting a complaint for sure.

This is the company home Depot uses for water heater replacement work in my area. They came out the day I called and took pics and said they would get back to me with a quote. Well, 2 days went by and I heard nothing. So I called them. They said give them an hour. I gave them 3. Called back, they said they would get me the quote that day or next. Fast forward two weeks and I already hired someone else and got the job done.

I can't say anything about the work they do here. They may have excellent service and techs, but knowing I was without hot water for days on end and they couldn't get me a quote and left me hanging. Not cool. Pun intended.

Just not good. Banging out jobs without being thorough. completed the job and left. A day later, no hot water in my house with a brand new water heater. Called to schedule an appointment. turns out they cant come for 2 days. Thank god i have a friend in contracting and he walked me through what they could have done wrong. Simple fix, needed to re light the pilot light. COMPLETLY unacceptable, leaving the job half finished. Finish the job you were paid to do. But wait it gets better. Another few days go by and the whole house is freezing. Turns out he turned off the gas to the furnace as well. Meaning that pilot light was out also! Hey guys, the good news is that I have basically become a pro at fixing other peoples mistakes! Let me know if you need anyone to come back behind a professional company to finish the job the right way!

Sat waiting for two hours and the installer was a no show
I called to ask about an updated ETA and was told I was double booked and it would be another hour
This is completely unacceptable, I took time off of work to be here for this and didn't even get any reasonable communication to say my appointment was late or mishandled
If you say you're going to do something then do it
Would not recommend

Price increased $400 than original quote and late on time .
This review is for the installation company, Delta Mechanical Colorado, who is the contracted installation company and whose phone number is hanging up in the water heater section of Home depot from where I was looking for a new water heater .
My Zip code is 80126 in Denver. I called the company last week, asking information about a new water heater. I was given two quotes for water heater of 50 and 75 gallon and the available date for installation . After setting up the day off with work, I called and talked with the same salesman 2 days ago, confirmed the date, time, and product type. I stressed in the two calls that I was told the old water heater is 75 gallon, gas operated, and there is a water softener attached to it. I am not a handywomen and this is the first time I need a replacement, he is appreciated if he can drop by any time to make sure I get it right. The salesman assured me that there is almost no electric water heater in my area, and the quoted price includes the disconnection and reconnection the water softener to the heater. The price is all -inclusive one and I do not need to pay any extra.
The installation man arrived 30 minutes later than planned. After looked at the old heater (confirmed it is 74 gallon, gas operated), he went back to his car and returned with a new quote which is almost $500 more. I was explained that the previous quote is based on electric water heater, and the gas heater is more expansive. While I ask to speak with the salesman who I called, I was told he is off today. I have to call the customer service number. After being transferred /dropped several times, finally I was connected with the original salesman. This time the explanation is the water softener is in the way to get the water heater in and out, so the $500 is the labor fee. When I point out that the water softener is on the side of the heater instead of in front of the heater, he asked me to send him some pictures. He did call me about 20-30 minutes later , told me that the tube connected to the softener has to be cut off , gave me a new quote which is $100 less than the installation man , and $400 more than the one he gave to me before . I cannot understand why the tune to the softener need to be cut off. The softener has been than for years and a 50 gallons water heater is smaller than the old 75 gallons one.
Delta plumber is absolutely not recommended, at least in the Denver location. They claimed they are a big company and has branches nationwide. However, they do business not honestly or at least careless. They gave you quote by phone, ignore your request for field review, and increase the price on the service day. I have to continue looking for a service company while taking shower in my friend's house which I have already done for 1 week.

Zero stars if it this was an option. I was paired up with this company on behalf of Home Depot. I was given an all in price for a water heater replacement i.e. it would cost no more or no less than the price given. This sales tactic was used to convince me that they had better price than Lowe’s. In other words, I was told even though the price with Lowe’s was lower in didn’t tell the whole story with permit fees, taxes etc. To be 100% sure on price quoted from Delta Mechanical I even offered to send pictures of existing heater and setup. I was told they weren’t needed and the price given would be the true cost. Once the technician arrived he tried to say the install would cost $300-$500 more. They have no integrity what so ever. The technician even said “well you should have just gone with Lowe’s. After the price inflation, lies and the last statement I asked the technician to leave. We’ll be going with a different company. Let this be a lesson to Brian Buckley at Delta Mechanical. Act with morals and integrity.

Delta was the Home Depot installer for a broken water tank. The installer showed up as scheduled. I have two water heaters in my house and showed the contractor where they were and explained that I thought the leak was stemming from one of them but didn't know and asked that they determine which was leaking before removing anything. They did that and ended up removing the good tank and leaving me with the leaking one still here. I contacted them immediately and asked that they return and reinstall the good tank. Turns out that they already disposed of it so they proceeded to try to blame me and suggest that I had given specific instructions to remove this particular tank, That's not even close to true and they are simply trying to run from this issue. It's their fault they removed the working tank and their solution was to try to suggest both tanks must have broken and that they would sell me another one at a discounted price. I wouldn't trust them to install ANYTHING going forward. I gave them ample opportunity to do the right thing and they simply want to try to blame me for their mistake.

We needed a water heater replacement. We found Delta Mechanical through Home Depot. The price estimate they gave us was around $4K. We did not know how that compared with other prices, so we also spoke with a technician recommended by the head of maintenance in our building. The estimate we got from him was significantly higher, over $5K, to install the same brand of heater. We went with Delta Mechanical.

The Delta technicians came on time and were exceptionally friendly and courteous. They even put a blanket on the floor, and we did not have to clean after they left. The new heater works perfectly. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Delta contacted us through Home Depot the morning after our water heater went out. They gave us a time window for same day replacement, and Oleg showed up right on time. I had a great experience with Delta and would recommend them without hesitation.

My water heater failed so I went to Home Depot for a new one. Delta was able to respond and install the next day. The technician, Valentine was very good. You was able to use my Home Depot card. Valentine deserves the five star rating but I never got an itemized receipt and the install was more costly than the tank itself. I could’ve done it myself and save $800.00. I wonder what I paid for?

Contacted Home Depot to contract a Water Heater install...they asked Delta to call me. A nice-sounding fellow name Rudy left me a message a while later...all good, right ? Wrong...he leaves the phone number for Delta in his message - and when you try to call them, their system will NOT permit any callbacks unless you know the extension or full name of the person with their company :-( What good is that ? You can't call anyone back, and they never try to reach you again ? HUGE waste of time - AVOID HOME DEPOT/Delta Mechanical...you will EASILY see why the BBB rates them 1.29 out of 5 stars :-(

No one likes getting a new hot water heater. But having a broken hot water heater leaking on the floor is miserable. So being able to buy the new unit through Home Depot and have same day install and take away is pretty great service. They were helpful on the phone, prompt did a good job quickly. Just wish I didn't need their service in the first place.

Our water heater went out this past Thursday night. We ran to Home Depot to set up an install because we could use our Home Depot card. Delta mechanical called us at 7:00 Friday morning set up our time windows and took our credit info. Then we waited all day Friday and they Never Showed Up!! We and Home Depot called them multiple times only to find out they were closed for the weekend. Home Depot finally got ahold of someone Saturday morning. We were given another window of time for installation. When that guy finally showed up, it turned out the water heater we had chosen didn't fit our basement. He left to get a different one, returned almost an hour later. Took the rest of the day to install. After all of this the price we were quoted ended up being almost $100 more. The guy himself was pleasant and helpful having no idea what we had been through. We are not thrilled with the company at all! We really hope no one else has to go through this.

The installation of the hot water heater went great. They were also able to send a technician on a Saturday which I greatly appreciated.

There is never a convenient time for the hot water heater break down but Home Depot through their installation partner, Colorado Delta Mechanical, set everything straight in 3 hours. CDM showed up on time with the heater I ordered and the technician it had up and running in 35 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely competent. He walked me through the operation of the new heater. Hauled out the old one and cleaned up any trace of ever being in the house.

About 2 months ago my water heater was acting up. I got the Delta name from my neighbor who had been referred to them by The Home Depot. I called them and spoke with them. They said they would check on some things and then never called me back. I called them back and left a message and still no call back. My water heater started working again so I let the issue go. About 2 months later my heater went out. Because I heard they were cheap and were the Home Depot's contractor of choice, I decided to give Delta Mechanical another chance. I did the referral request online on the Home Depot website and got a call back a short time later from Delta . The guy said he would call me back the next day. No call back. AND I got an email from Home Depot saying that my referral had been taken care of and had been closed. Huh? Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

I have used Delta Mechanical twice for water heater installations and have been very statsfied with the work and installers. I like the fact that you can get one put in on the same or next day. This time Plamen did an excellent and detailed install with clear explanations. He also replaced an old valve on the spot when we asked him to. Since the water heater he replaced was under warranty he brought it back to Home Depot and picked up the new one. I feel we received excellent customer service from Delta as well.

Unfortunately my encounter was not good with this subcontractor for Home Depot. I found decent prices on the HD site, and saw that they offered same day install. So I called the number and was directed to Delta Mechanical, the preferred and recommended installer for Home Depot!

1. Installer was late by over 1 hour. Never got a call from installer, I had to call to confirm he was even going to show up. I would be understanding if they were to call and say that they were running late.
2. Stole my copper pressure relief outflow pipe, left bent plastic one directing flow OUTSIDE of the drip pan. Really, the plastic pvc pipe was not even pointing inside the pan! But my copper one was nice and straight, worth some coin too I guess.
3. Did not cover anything regarding the product or install, do I have a warranty of any kind? His parting words one hour, no shower. Hey what about a final inspection with the homeowner and a quick rundown on how to maintain and operate it?
4. Did not clean up after himself after leaving debris from old water heater removal up and down stairs, instead he asked me to do it using my vacuum. Customer Satisfaction Survey question Did the installer clean up after himself? resounding NO, also see next complaint.
5. Flux and solder was left all over my floor from expansion tank install. That could have been an easy point!
6. Was never shown permit. Only got confirmation of one by email after I complained to Delta Mechanical customer service. This actually may be normal timing-wise... but when I asked the installer, his comment was (paraphrase) don't worry about it, they rarely actually show up, odd answer.
7. Other PVC plumbing from the A/C unit using the same plumbing drain was not properly moved and re-routed, but rather pushed over forcibly by water heater drip pan, which I later fixed myself.

The experience could have easily been a 4 with very little effort on the installers part!!

Seriously this is a horrible subcontractor. At the time of this writing, Yelp gives 2/5... Google gives 1/5 star. I think the writing is on the wall.

I have owned many properties for 25 years and dealt with plumbers on numerous occasions. I can say DELTA is the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! I purchased a new water heater from the HOME DEPOT and Delta apparently is their preferred installer. Delta installed the water heater in my home in February. The same night the new connection to the supply line failed and flooded my finished basement. I have tried for 3 and a half months to get resolution and I have spoken with 9 different people from insurance adjusters, claims people, Home Depot Managers and Delta. NOBODY will reimburse me for the significant damages they caused even though they have acknowledged it was their fault.

I had a great experience using Delta Mechanical recently.
We originally purchased a wrong toilet and the installer gave us the

I am writing this while on hold for the scheduling department. It's been about 15 minutes.

Delta's installer has failed to show up during their 4-hour window twice now. I purchased a garbage disposal from Home Depot and it has taken over two weeks to get it installed; to be fair, I could have shaved over a week off that time if I had known that nobody would ever answer the customer service option in their phone tree.

Interactions with staff have been pleasant but totally useless. I am not convinced this company does anything but occasionally answer a phone.

Same day appt. Professional and saved me money. I needed both my water heaters replaced. I had a 40 and 50 gallon. I planned on using two 50 gallon tanks so that we could still fill our large 2 person master bath tub with hot water. There were issues that 2 50s might not pass county insection due too the size of the exhaust stack. My installer convinced me that a 75 gallon tank with much better performance would work. He was right! That saved me $600.00! I also gained some storage space. Thank you!

Good:
Scheduled apt and showed up on time. Rep was friendly.

Bad:
Dishonest practices, I was told over the phone that my tankless hot water heater project would not cost more than $5000. The quote I was given by the tech was $5800.

Price of unit =1500
Labor/parts = the rest. I was quoted about 4hrs for the work as I have existing vents and electrical in place.

I looked up the parts needed and then tripled the price and I couldn’t get to even $500. I don’t mind over paying to have someone do the work for me but this quote was malicious. Do your homework before you fork over $ to crooks like these guys.

One last note, I was told that a manager would be following up with me but they never did. So I sent an email to there csr team explaining the points above and never got a response. The next day my lead with Home Depot was canceled.

The project for the same unit should cost around $3500. I’m going to do it myself for less than $2200.

Home Depot's contracted installer takes advantage of the fact that most of us just trust Home Depot won't cheat us. Delta Mechanical quoted literally double the install labor cost of the four contractors I talked to, including the kind of full service plumber who should have been highest.

We saved $600 on our water heater by going elsewhere.

The plumber had to make two visits to complete the install due to unforeseen circumstances and both times he was right on time including a morning where it had snowed the night before. The plumber was very professional and always wore booties and rolled out protection on my hardwood floors before moving the new and old water heaters. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and highly recommend Delta Mechanical.

Unethical, dishonest predators is the only way to describe these con artists. Home Depot should be ashamed to be associated with them. Quoted $1,600 to install a new heater today, which another plumber had told me would be $1,000 next week. Because of the urgency, I approved the $1,600, but when they showed up, they said they needed another $1,200 for bringing ductwork up to code. Couldn't show me the written code, so I told them to take a hike. Called second plumber who did it for $1,000, with permit.

After the initial home depot order for the tankless hot water heater, I was contacted the same day by Delta. 2 days later Pavlin, master plumber, was on site to inspect my home, discuss best options, and detail the process for tankless installation, which is much more involved than replacing a tank. I so appreciate this on-site visual step.
4 days later Pavlin was here with his crew, the job was completed as he had said.
They cleaned up after, explained the new system, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Awful service!!!! Arranged for faucet install though Home Depot. Home Depot told me Delta would contact me within 2 days. They did not. After being on hold for 30 min. after I called them, we arranged a 2 hour window for install. 45 minutes before this window, they called me to tell me they couldn't make it. Arranged for another 2 hour window on a different day. After this window expired, never heard from them, I called and was a on hold for a full thirty minutes, the rep said she couldn't get ahold of the installer. 20 minutes later she called and said his truck had broken and he couldn't do it. When I asked if I could have a specific time, not a window, for the next attempt, I was told not. I will not use!!! Very, very poor service, do not use!!!

Horrible water heater installation experience and it's still not resolved (customer service is also horrible). I have a huge dent in the back of tank along with many other corner cutting sloppy installs. And unfortunately their telling me it takes 2-4 weeks to get it inspected. I don't want them anywhere near it when it does fail and they have to fix it. Big mistake and waste of time and money.

My hot water heater was getting ready to die. All it took was one phone call to Delta Mechanical and they took care of everything for me. Andrew, the technician they sent out, was simply awesome. He took his time and did an outstanding job. I'd highly recommend using Delta Mechanical.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES! We're sent by home depot to install my grandfather's water heater, they showed up on Friday broke a pipe. Didn't return for hours and when they finally did failed to complete the job. So they showed up on Saturday to finish the job. They did around noon, 3 hours later no hot water. The guy takes 2 and a half hours to come back only to look at the thing for five minutes, tell my grandpa it's defective and won't be able to fix it until Monday since no one works on Sunday. So I'll be spending my Monday baby sitting the installer for my grandfather since he apparently is unable to complete his job without adult supervision.

Terrible. Scheduled a meeting and Delta no showed without a call. Dispatchers were unfriendly and unwilling to help when I called. I waited five hours and never heard back.
When the technicians arrived the 2nd time, they gave me false information and severely over quoted the job (more than 5 times other quotes). Not only was it high, but they gave me bad information and pressured me into a solution I didn’t want.

Never go through any home depot installation services with the Delta Mechanical Plumbing. Not very professional when it comes handling the services. The installer they had, was not an experienced at all nor the professionalism. I highly not recommended any home Depot installer at all. Dealing with them all day, over the phone it was not fun, plus there service are BS.

Tom through the phone, and Steve as the technician helped me out with the replacement of my water heater!
I live in Thornton and they came all the way from Golden at no extra charge. I dont get all the bad reviews and rants about this company. They have earned my future business!

I cannot stress how ignorant the sales staff is. They cannot provide a simple breakdown of a quote. Simple questions as what does Tankless Water Heater 1998 mean? could not go without 5 reasons to not break down that it may or may not be a labor cost. He states that this is internal line item and I don't need to know what that means, lololol. Its literally a quote to the client, as if I'm not going to ask why there is a 2500 markup. If your looking to be confused by their sales tactics, after waiting nearly a month for the quote, I would definitely reach out to these guys. They will make you wonder how they could ever get a business off the ground, much less partner with Home Depot. Fascinating they are still in business.

I stopped by Home Depot in Avon, Colorado at 3pm to inquire about installing an AC system in our Beaver Creek home. Bit @ Home Depot immediately called Delta Mechanical. The Sales Rep. (Doug) was on another call but called me back within minutes. He was very helpful, got all of our specifics, gave me his after hours phone number. Doug followed up the next morning and will be quoting several different systems to suit our needs.

I could not be more please with what I've experienced so far and I hope to do business with Doug and Delta Mechanical….

My initial experience was horrible, missed arrival time and no contact. After I reached Delta, a new technician (Andrew) was assigned, he turned out to be very good and I’m pleased with his level of professionalism and am satisfied with the work completed. Delta’s price was the best of all other competitors quotes.

Service is not what I expected, showing up late between the time frame or not even a courtesy call, if they're going to showed up or be late. I would not recommend this service at all or any home depot subcontractor through DELTA MECHANICAL PLUMBING. My experience with this company is really bad, dealing with them over the phone all day, just to make an appointment is a hassle. The service is very poor, the Tech it's not professional can't barely speak English and hard to understand. I just thought hiring their tech is from the Street under the table, just to get paid a very cheap labor

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They were recommended by Home Depot when I bought a new water heater. The installer was soldering recklessly indoors; he got antagonistic when I suggested this was not safe. Eventually, he pointed his blowtorch directly at a fire sprinkler that I couldn't see from where I was standing, and tripped it. The deluge flooded my unit, and the one below. He vanished; I suspect he wasn't even licensed. His boss showed up with an arrogant these things happen attitude. It took a month of fighting with Delta to get them to do anything. They did an unsatisfactory job of repair, using the cheapest, incompotent bozos they could find. I was in my unit for a week with it up around 90 degrees while it dried out. Ultimately, I had to take a week off from work to deal with the damage; re-did a lot of the repairs at my own expense. And, before they even repaired the damage, they tried to charge my credit card for the installation!! I should have hired a lawyer and sued them, but was too busy dealing with the damage to look for one. I repeat: AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This company is So horrible. I've already complained to home depot management and the BBB about how I've been treated. They have taken multiple times of calling to fix a failed inspection that Their company failed. In 3 months, I still have not received any sorts of itemized receipts, but of course they took my money after getting a quote $350 less than what my card was charged. They have no idea or concept of what customer service really is or maybe even means

I had them install a tankless water heater through Home Depot. That went fine. But trying to call them to arrange the permit inspection??? No matter what option I select, even SALES, no one ever answers the call. Or returns my messages. Are you joking???

Worst experience ever dealing with their customer service in Phoenix! Shocking how poorly run this company is. Installers are very nice & professional but unfortunately the poor CS trumps all else. DO NOT waste your time on this company who Home Depot contracts through for plumbing related installs.

Can't even put one star, but I have too...these people are criminal, awful service and should be turned in for fraud using Home Depot as their hunting ground. They snake you into helpful contract for cleaning and never come out to do their work. DON'T BELIEVE THE CLIP BOARD PEOPLE WHO WALK AROUND SOLICITING YOU FOR WORK WITH THEIR COMPANY AT HOME DEPOT. I worry about the elderly who get scammed on these things and can't fight the electronic system: you should too!

One of their Denver employees has sticky fingers. He stole my phone and the company will do nothing to help and wants to continue working with him. So if you choose this company hide your belongings, or choose another company. He should not be allowed in trusting homes.

This company was contracted by Home Depot to install a toilet in my home. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and no call/no showed for not one, but two appointments. Would not do business with this company or Home Depot again after this experience.

I submitted a form on the Home Depot website for a quote on a tankless hot water heater. I received a call from Delta mechanical the next day. I received a quote of $5,500 for installation of a gas tankless water heater, which is $2,000 more than Home Depot's own website estimates.

Still, I arranged to have a technician come out to see the job and provide a more accurate quote. I was given a window of 12pm-2pm. No one came. No call. Nothing. I called customer service to let them know their technician didn't come to the appointment and the person I spoke to was, frankly, rude. He was going to transfer me to dispatch for an ETA. I told him I didn't need an ETA because the appointment window was already missed by 1hr and 20 minutes. I didn't want someone coming whenever they felt like it. I just wanted to let him know a technician did not go to an appointment. He asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. I said that I don't understand how I am cancelling an appointment their technician missed? He replied that appointment windows are usually 4 hours long - but I told him the email I got was a window of 12pm-2pm, so 4hrs means nothing to me. And that was it. No real apology for my wasted time or the missed appointment, and no trying to make things right. Just excuses and expectations that I would actually pay someone $5,500 who doesn't even show up to appointments. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with this company. Overpriced and unprofessional.

Delta Mechanical's installer was very courteous, friendly and efficient. When our county inspector found a small infraction of a seldom-enforced code, the Delta installer promptly returned and corrected the problem. The installation passed the county reinspection. Throughout both operations, the installer was friendly and courteous.

This past week, our unit was scheduled for plumbing work by Delta between April 4th through April 12th, 2018. Due to the amount of work required within our unit, we decided to make arrangements to stay elsewhere during the construction period since our apartment is small, and would not allow for much privacy and rest during their working hours. Because we were not feeling well in the days leading up to the scheduled construction period, we were concerned about the amount of dust produced during the work. Per the instructions that were emailed to us, we removed all items from beneath the sinks, above the washing machine, above the refrigerator, above the bathroom sink, and above the toilet. In an effort to be respectful to the workers, we had thoroughly cleaned the apartment in addition to clearing off the instructed areas. Upon returning, we found an excessive amount of dust coated on everything in our apartment... Dust also worked its way to the bedroom and closet, even though the doors had been closed prior to leaving. We found that Delta Repipe had moved all of our items from above the cabinets and did not put them back. We were under the impression that Delta Repipe would use covers to protect all surfaces, but the evidence of dust is clearly present on the kitchen floor, living room carpet/rug, furniture, blankets, electronics, tables, clothing, decorative items, etc... (see attached pictures). Only the carpet in the trafficked area (front entry leading to bathroom) seemed to have been either vacuumed or protected with some sort of cover. The counters and sinks were also wiped.

I understand that Delta takes precautions to ensure that a majority of the dust is kept out. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.

Prior to construction they took pictures of the dust that was already present (behind the tv and on bookshelves). But the apartment was well-lived in to prevent an excessive amount of dust to be present on items such as my couch, and a table with a number of personal belongings (laptop, etc).

Please see pictures to view the furniture before (they take pictures prior to construction) and after (my pictures). You can tell which ones are significantly cleaner (their start date vs completion).

In closing, I am extremely upset, needless to say. I urge anyone looking to get their plumbing done to go elsewhere. I am hopeful that the quality of work done was exceptional, but their cleanup leaves something to be desired.
