Plumbing issues never happen at a convenient time. Big Beard responded to a distress call and replaced a hot water heater on a late Friday afternoon. Service was fast, professional, friendly and affordable. They saved a long weekend with grand babies and no hot water! Will definitely use their services for all our plumbing needs in the future!!

Called about an on going leak that our meter was showing and we had no idea where it was coming from. These guys were quick to respond and even showed up same day! I was referred to Big Beard plumbing and I promise I will never use another plumbing company again! The guys were amazing!! I had water leaking from a busted pipe. They came out immediately to locate the leak and stop it from causing any damage. Then returned early the next day to repair it. I’m so thankful for the referral. Honest pricing, quick and efficient. We chose Big Beard for replumbing our master bathroom during remodeling. We couldn’t have made a better choice or been more pleased. From the quote to the rough in, to setting the tub and putting the finishing trim and touches on, Lyle and his team were great, professional and super customer focused throughout the whole process. Wow Lyle is amazing 10/10! I didn’t have any sort of appointment, I called in a panic for clogged drains in two toilets and two showers! He was to my house within the hour on a Saturday. He was done within the hour, and I am about to shower within the hour. In this TX hear that is extremely important as we all know! He has quite literally saved the day. Also he’s personable, funny, kind and efficient ! I recommend Lyle and Big Beard Plumbing if you are in need in the DFW area! Bonus for the single ladies, even my grandpa says he’s a handsome lad! Be respectful though, he’s married!

Lyle has assembled a great team for remodeling work. We updated our jack and jill bathroom with new tile floor, granite counters, new bathtub & toilet, tile work and lighting. They repainted our existing cabinets. All of this work in only 2-1/2 weeks. They are very honest and helpful with design decisions, very reasonable on cost, pleasant to work with, and the quality of work is excellent. We are very happy with the results and will work with them again. (The picture doesn't show the new door knobs and drawer pulls.)

Fantastic Team to work with! They provided a thorough walkthrough and analysis of the work that was requested (Demo a small washer/dryer area and move it to a new location in the Garage) They listened to our ideas and collaborated well on what the finished product would be. These guys really are awesome! We had pipes bust during the snow storm (like everyone else) and they came im clutch. They fit us into a jam packet scheduled and made sure we had running water that night. LYLE even showed me how to do some of the easy work for my self in the future. The fact that they worked us in with so many people needing their services during this time was everything. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
