They want you to pay to fix their unfinished work. My house was under warranty when they bid for the contract. They came to my home to fix the issue. During the call they found out that the breaker was tripping due to a pinched wires. They initially refused to fix the issue stating that since they did not wire my house they cant fix the issue. Also when the breaker fuse breaks again to just call them again and they can come switch it again. This was after they found the pinched wires. I asked why dont they just fix the wire thats causing the problem instead. I made the tech call the office. They reluctantly agreed and fixed the pinched wires that lead to 2 outdoor light fixtures (Remember this).A year later i was changing the light bulbs and noticed that the light fixtures were not sealed or screwed in all the way (pictures below). So this whole time the wires and fixtures were exposed to the weather.I called friday morning 9/23-22 and explained the unfinished work. The receptionist and office manager (alycia) said they would be more then happy to finish their job for $185.00 minimum. So, if your looking a company you pay to do some unfinished work and then pay again to come finish it later then Doctor electric is for you.

My 5-star vote is complimentary of the in-person interaction received. On two unfortunate occasions (warranty repair emergencies), I have had the pleasure of meeting Moe (supervisor) to assist me. While our interactions have occurred during my frustrations, Moe has been extremely empathetic. Each time he has explained the root cause of the issues and resolution approach. Great demeanor, humor, and very informative!

Don't trust them. They can't even drive responsibly...
