The first time I used Mr. Calvert, it was a Sunday and we’d lost power to half of our house. CPS said that the problem was on our end, but after a thorough check, Mr. Calvert disagreed. I called CPS back out and Mr. Calvert stuck around until the tech arrived. While we waited, I had Mr. Calvert upgrade the panel to 20 AMP switches. The CPS tech insisted that it was on our end and didn’t even want to check the transformer. Mr. Calvert convinced him to check the transformer, but the tech still said it was on our end. Mr. Calvert persisted and convinced the tech to have CPS place a monitor on our meter. The next day, CPS placed the monitor and monitored the electricity for a few days. It turns out, the issue was on CPS’ end after all. You can’t put a price on over 20 years of experience! Since then, we’ve had Mr. Calvert out to move fixtures and replace switches. Go with Mr. Calvert. You will get a more personal service at a much more reasonable price than the bigger companies, with over 20 years of experience to back it up.
