Guy named Linwood told my 84 yo mom he’d install a water “softener” for her so she bought the system he recommended but just a de-scaler not a softener, he kept rescheduling appointments after 4 months or so said sorry I can’t do it. Called a Master plumber he refused to put on this system saying it’s junk now going on 5 months since she purchased haven’t found anyone to complete. They were assigned to do a service at my house for an exterior water valve and I was told that I didn't have to be at the house for that. This lady called and questioned me that why I wasn't at the house that they were not going to be able to fix the issue without my presence in case they needed to shut off the water line. Which is dumb because that you can't do it from the outside. So the guy left. She called a few minutes later, left a message saying that the technician forgot to bring the tool needed to swap the water walve out and that I needed to call for reschedule. SHE'S A JOKE!!! Not recommend at all.

I'm a truck driver that delivers here quite often. The clearance for the overpass is 14'2. Truckers delivering here can pull through and then back up to the dock. Not much room for you to pull forward.

Very poor on building houses. There is no plumbing plan. They even missed to put a shut off valve on my garage. Even after multiple follow up for the mess they have done to my house, there is no proper response of action. I'm hoping for the best.

This company did all of the plumbing work on our home that was constructed in 2020. We recently (2022) had a leak in our ceiling that resulted in some expensive damages. NWP has made it clear that they accept no responsibility for the damages, despite the fact that we have been able to determine that the issue was a faulty pipe that was installed despite having a 3-4” crack worn down the seam. If you expect plumbing work to last longer than a year and half, or expect a company to back their work, I would look elsewhere.

Poor at building houses. Failed to secure a toilet to the floor. Even though they are probably considered essential because of the service they provide they have closed and will ignore any service requests unless they think it is an emergency.

We had our water heater replaced by Travis and Matt who came out early to unhook and drain the old unit, while Benji showed up with the new unit like clockwork. The job was done and cleaned up in no time. The entire crew done a GREAT job. Thanks
