A Blessing Plumbing Company is run by a scam artist. I recently moved into the area and bought a home in Collierville. As with most homes, living in it the first month you come across things that are not working. After a month of living here, our downstairs toilet tank developed a slow leak. Like most homeowners, we tried to see if we could address the problem ourselves. We changed a gasket and hoped that the leak would stop. When the leak would not stop, we realized that the issue was beyond our ability to address and contacted the Home Warranty Company. HWA of America. HWA assigned us A Blessing Plumbing Company. Upon contacting him, he shared how the process works. He comes to our house and collects $100 dollars to acknowledge a legitimate service call and then contacts the warranty company to tell them if it is a job he can complete at the initial service call or would need to come back. We reported two issues:1) The leaking tanks and 2) a leak from a pan upstairs. He took our $100 and never returned nor did he returned our calls. We found out from the Home Warranty company that he told we had tampered with the tank. Hunh??? We told him before we arrived we tried to change the gasket but the tank was still leaking. What a liar and cheap way to make $100 in 10 minutes. Steer clear of this crook and his soft spoken, religious answering machine messages. He and his entire staff are scam artists!!!! I would give him negative stars but I can't post without providing at least 1 star
