My family hired Ground Zero Landscape and Construction to complete our outdoor living project. Let me be the first to say that Ground Zero and Chad Bennett are a step above most. What my husband and I found most interesting was Ground Zero price was inline with the other quotes we had gotten.
Chad was upfront and honest with time frames on the current industry delays! He met almost all timelines. We were on budget as well.

We have not. By the time you answered me back, I hired someone and they came and gave me a quote. A business that doesn't answer phone calls and takes that long to get back is pretty frustrating. I needed to speak to a live person or be contacted within an hour at least. Its just professional to do so. I am a business owner and my customers are important to me. Then when you did call, you said yeah did you call this number?, well of course I did and left a message about it too. The way I would have done it is Hello my name is Victoria and I received a message from this number about our service. How may I help you? So you have a good day Big Nick's phone person. No dispespect but I have no idea who you are because you never communicated that at all
