Holly and the Straight Line team did an outstanding job designing and building our backyard. At a time when labor is in short supply and delays are expected, they were on time and on budget. We love our backyard and appreciated the opportunity to work with them. Highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with our outdoor living project. Chad was professional from start to end. The design process took a little longer than we expected, due to HOA and city permitting. Chad kept us informed each step of the way and there was always a line of communication open. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family. I was extremely happy with the work that Outside Living Concepts did for me. I had significant repair to an existing patio slab, extension of the patio, addition of a built-in BBQ/bar and replacement of a putting green. There were some delays due to supply chain issues, but I was always made aware of them with an estimated timeframe for completion of the project. My designer, Reid Havens, was fantastic to work with - very easy-going, professional and most important to me, responsive. The crew was fabulous and worked very hard; they did a thorough clean-up after each phase of the project and were respectful of me and my neighbors. Since my project was completed 3 months ago, I have spent many enjoyable hours on my patio and putting green - it is my happy place! I would recommend Reid and Outdoor Living Concepts to anyone who needs a landscaping project done.

First they added a drainage system they charged us $9,000 and the drainage system does not work included in that was cutting a drainage canal and that just holds water so that was a very unsuccessful ordeal but they still want their money
Second they said they would replace all of our sprinkler heads for $12,000 then we caught them not replacing them they said oh it was only to be fixed got out on that Catch 22
Third they planted three trees they did not last more than a year only one of them's alive one of them's broke in half and one of them's completely dead but they say they don't warrant you that either even though they agreed to give it to your warranty this is the worst Landscape Company their word is no good there weren't you there no good be very careful
