Best Design And Planning in Phoenix AZ

I have been trying to work with Chris since September of last year on a large backyard remodel. It is now 9 months later and we still do not have permits. I received numerous emails stating we were almost there come to find out plans had not even been filed with city. I asked if he ws too busy months ago and I would go elsewhere. Nope we were almost there. Come to find out plans have been sitting at the city since March waiting for corrections. I offered to pick up plans and have the delivered to responsbile parties, again no response. All I want is permits and will he not add me to file at the city so we can move on. And yes we gave him 1/2 down to work through permitting.

We have had the pleasure of working with the Green Room on a few projects and would highly recommend them and look forward to our next project together. They have the ability to transform exterior spaces with a creativity that very few have!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are lazy, they accept payment without rendering service and their employees disrespect the neighborhoods they are under contract for. I can’t wait for my community to fire them as soon as we have the chance to. I hope they go out of business. STAY AWAY!
