Well, another project and great experience in the books with Lonestar Landscaping! We used Lonestar Landscaping 8yrs ago for a big travertine, outdoor fireplace, artificial turf project in our backyard, which was a success, so when we decided to totally redesign our front yard & add a BBQ island in the backyard, I had to reach out to Chris Cadena. 8 years later, I got the same experience: professional, skilled, stellar clean up, high quality material, timely, respectful of my property and a beautiful end product. DO NOT USE! This company has terrible customer service. First I call them, no return call. Then a few days later I fill out the 'request a quote' on their website. NADDA. nothing.

Two weeks later, they saw I posted on line and so they reached out to us asking if they can give us a quote. Chase shows up, does the measurements (nice guy). He says he will send me quote later, so I give him my email address.

I received a text on my cell with an attachment (the quote), I tell Amy I am older and can't read a small phone screen, PLUS, it was my personal cell and the quote was for where i work and so I remind her to please email it. - she says she has no way to email me the quote!! and I never heard back from them. She can't pick up the phone and give me quote over the phone? Guess they don't want our business. it's 2022 and they can't email something or make phone calls?? If this is the type of service they offer , NO THANKS.
