I highly recommend using landscaping authority for your landscaping needs. My husband and I just bought our first house and the backyard was straight weeds. We wanted to get new sod placed and Luis gave us the most competitive quote. He also took the time to talk us through the project and we knew he was the guy for the job. He even got us on the schedule earlier than expected! Him and his crew did an amazing job with our backyard. They were always on time and worked hard. We can’t thank them enough. Sales man showed up with his sunglasses and gum it took him 3 minutes to give me an outrageous quote.not complaining about the price it's just how he Represented himself and the company which it was very very poor. And after they gave me the quote no one followed up with me to ask. So I dont Recommend this company to anyone on of there is less than one star I would give it to them

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.
