They did a nice job cleaning up the back yard and could do it right away.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

Not landscape related at all.. I'm a contractor and was stranded on the side of the road on the way to the gas station. As Moises and Edgar were driving by I was able to motion to them I needed help pushing Tahoe out of the way. They understood and made a u-turn to help me..

After learning I was out of gas they quickly offered a bit of has to get me to gas station., they refused payment as it wasn't their gas.

Imagine how well they will do for landscape clients!

April 2021 Project. Garrett and his team transformed our back yard into a more usable and attractive space. The crew was always on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, and the project was completed on time. I love this place. They have a wide variety of plants, trees, ? and great prices. Went to get a pygmy palm and left with these adorable stepping stone thongs! I also purchased a buddha. They delivered the tree and Buddha a day after I purchased. I was so impressed by the delivery men. It took 4 of them to off load the statue. I appreciate the level of care they took with my purchase and the other items on the truck. Be careful you might spend more than anticipated, but who doesn't love plants, trees, shrubs and cacti. ❤️

The staff was super cool too. Very helpful with prices, holding our items and knowledgeable. They also deliver, plant and guarantee their items.

Only know how to butcher nice trees and bushes till dead. Workers are rude and inconsiderate around residents Vehicles. Main tool used is Leaf (dust) blower Sending everything onto private patios. Over trimming bushes and trees killing them or not repairing sprinkler system providing water to them. Seem like as soon as the foliage is blooming the trim all the flowers and blooms off.

We had an excellent experience with Botanist of the Valley. The design is the most important of a new yard. Making sure money goes where it is supposed to go is critical. Luis worked with us to create our own private getaway. The project started ahead of schedule and finished early and was on budget. We did hardscape, landscape, electrical, turf and even painted the house. We highly recommend Botanist of the Valley.

Doesn't pay its bills

Please do not use this company for any large job. I hired Sergio to do a paver patio for me. He promised me a professional job and showed me pictures of other jobs that he had done. This is far from what he delivered. I drew a design for him, and not only did he do nothing close to the design that was drawn, the pavers are not level in many different areas. Rain which we had the other day puddles on the pavers as much as an inch high and right at the foundation of the house. They never compacted the base that the pavers go on, and the pavers are already starting to sink. There were broken pavers used, and then he used Silica Sand to fill in. Well Silca sand is just that, it is sand. It never hardens to hold the pavers together. This is not the standard in the industry. The also placed the pavers on the existing patio without using any sort of base, also not the industry standard. The most disappointing part of all is that I have had an estimate for someone to come and redo them the way that i had requested, and to bring them to the industry standard, and all I asked of him was to have his crew come and remove them, and he refused to do that. On top of that his worker was caught peeing on the side of my home and they left their trash all over my yard for me to clean up. I was not going to write this review if Sergio had come to do that for me so that I did not also have to pay to remove this unacceptable work, but when I contacted him he said no. He told me that he had fired these guys, so etither he is lying, or he knew they did not do professional work. I have no choice but to let people know. Pictures to follow.
