When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

Went to Fry's to have my car key copied and it wasn't compatible with the machine. They claim to be up to 66% cheaper than dealership replacements. They called me this morning with a quote and it was something along the lines of $260. They seemed taken aback when I said I didn't want to make an appointment and said that it would cost me $400-500 at the dealership. Called the dealership afterwards and it'll cost $117 there. KeyMe is a rip off.

The locksmith came to fix my door. I asked how much it would be he said he had to look at it first then he will let me know. I said ok and waited. When he came to tell me I was told he already fixed it and it would be $100. He then told me all he had to do was tighten up a few things. It only took him about 5mins to fix the door. I paid him and he left.

Even though my smart locks were delayed in shipping, he was kind and informed throughout the process. It was a tremendous project. 5 rekeys 3 smart lock installations, and a front door handle replacement (in addition to keying the 3 smart locks). He showed up on time and finished the job swiftly and flawlessly. He is enthusiastic about his work and values excellent customer service.
