Despite the proprietor (who answered the phone) being on an emergency call, he met me at the shop 30 minutes later and within 20 minutes I had a replacement key FOB, and a spare for my RV. During that time I swear he received 10 other calls, but managed to get my keys done, maintain a conversation with me, put forth a professional front on the phone and dispatch other technicians to keyless people in trouble. True pro.
