When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

The machine was easy to use. And the keys came out working great.

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

I did not receive the black key I ordered?

Had to copy some mail keys. I used the kiosk at the local grocery store and it was a super simply and fun process. They had to cut the keys and mail them to me which was no big deal. I ordered them on a Friday and had the keys by the following Wednesday. Amazing value and great quality keys. Will definitely be using them again.
