Best Broken Key Issue in Phoenix AZ

They were really professional and talented. They did an excellent job programming the key fob for my car, and I thank you.

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

My daughter had just given birth, and my son-in-law needed to be away for a week on business. Since she was alone, I would have wanted to be with her more often. However, I had to work too and had to be content with visiting her instead. My husband and I decided to call a locksmith masters LLC service company to install security locks at her place to make sure that she and the baby were safe at all times. We were lucky to have picked COMPANY NAME. They had their locksmith sent to my daughter’s place right away and the security locks were installed, much to all of our relief.
