Best Automatic Lock in Phoenix AZ

We had them come out to repair 3 locks on our home. They showed up on time and made sure all of the locks were working when they left. I would definitely call on them again.

I called this business and asked if they could make me some keys to three locks that I had lost the keys to. They said sure just bring them over. I took these three locks and the gentleman behind the counter tells me that he can’t make the keys because the locks don’t have any numbers. So I show him where the numbers are and he looks them up in the computer and looks at the board where he has all the blank keys then he tells me to order them from the manufacturer of the locks.
So I take my three locks to another locksmith nearby and he tells me he will make me two keys per lock by tomorrow. In less than 24 hours he figures out the type of key each of the locks take and he makes me 6 keys.
I will never go back to this shop for any of my repairs on safes or locks. They lack responsiveness and desire to serve people in need of their services.

This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.

I was very impressed with AZ Locksmith Services' quick response time when I called to replace my car key. They arrived at my location within 30 minutes and had the new key made for me in no time. Their service was professional, friendly and affordable.

Keys worked fine.

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.

Drove here on my lunch with limited time because it was marked as open but I get there and the machine was shut off because it wasn’t working. Waste of time. Please update open hours accordingly if you care about your customers
