I had a very bad experience with the technician from Argo Lock and Security. He was in the neighborhood earlier for other jobs and was not patient to wait for our scheduled appointment at 3-5 pm. I was working in the morning and attending a meeting when he suddenly called me around 10 am telling me that he would like to stop by now. And then at 2:30 pm ahead of our appointment he texted and said that he is already there. Due to Friday traffic and I could not get a Lyft in time, I told him that I am running late but rushing there, he cancel our appointment, charged us $75 and marked our rekey job completed without doing the job. I called the company to explain and they sent me to the insurance company. This is the worst service I got since we came to Arizona and prompted me to write this review.

Watch out. Sitton quoted me a service fee to come out and $15 per lock to rekey. Then when the locksmith arrived, he hit me up with a $160 labor fee that was not previously disclosed. I had to call Sitton and talk to them and asked why they didn't disclose the labor fee. Sitton then tried to re-negotiate a labor fee that they never disclosed. I was about to send the locksmith back but the locksmith heard our conversation and waived most of his labor fee and apologized.
