Friendly and quick service! Got locked out of my apartment and he was able to open my high security door in less than 5 minutes. He also has the best prices around, much cheaper than a lot, if not all the others. Definitely highly recommended!

I moved into my first home recently and ARCO Lock & Security was sent out through my home warranty company. I was told the appointment would be between 3pm and 5pm. I left work at 2:30pm thinking I would have plenty of time (what technician every gets anywhere early, right?). Got a call even before I had left work (and missed) and then my home warranty company called to say that the technician was AT MY HOUSE. It was 2:35pm. I got there about 10 minutes later and he actually thanked me for being on time. Brent did a great job. I didn't even realize he had already rekeyed the home while he was updating the panels for the home security system. I even got to show off a bit when he had me download the Brinks app and I had already answered some of the questions that popped up after downloading the app. He walked me through several things on the app as well as the panel and offered suggestions as to how to not set the alarm off accidentally. Thanks so much, Brent. Keep up the great work! :)

A year ago today my father lost his truck keys on the very day we needed to haul everything over to an event. After searching everywhere my dad called Don and he was out and had us new keys in less than an hour! He did such a good job and was so fast we also asked him to make us an extra fob for both our fobbed vehicles which he did as well. My dad was so impressed he asked me to get on and write them a review. I lost my dad just a few weeks after this happened and I never wrote the review. My key broke off in the lock, and when the guy went to retrieve it, I showed him how the lock worked with my spare. He looked horrified and decided to change the lock completely, and oh my heavens, wow such a lovely soul he is, because my door now looks like a brand-new door, and I never have to worry about this nightmare happening again. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
