Wow! Just wow! The appointment scheduling was quick and simple. On the day of the appointment, received the phone from the technician, Victor, letting me know that he was on his way. He got there on time, was polite and asked which doors needed re-keying. Turned my back for 5 minutes, then he gave me 4 keys and told me he was finished. Obviously, all keys work and insert smoothly into the key holes. I definitely recommend Arco to anyone who asks. Very quick and painless. Thanks Arco!

Jon at Sitton Locksmith is amazing! He came out and fixed our door knob/lock back in July. He was courteous and professional. We just used him for a second time today. Our door knob fell off due to some loose screws. I messaged him on Friday night, he responded right away and fixed our lock on Saturday morning.

Keys didn't work.

If you find your key while they are on the way you might as well throw it away because they are going to charge you $100. anyways

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.

The credit card chip reader wasn't working when I went, I had to leave without getting my key copied. I tried many many times in different ways without success. If you have a card that doesn't have a chip you can still swipe it to pay. I don't know how cash would work since you need to do the exact amount but the machine doesn't accept coins and my total was $6.52 or something like that.
