Instructions were very understanding just follow to a T you can't go wrong. I love my lite key and the keys work FINE. my husband went to a key service Place earlier and he got back home and the keys doesn't work but I went to Walmart to one of the key machines for the first time and had two keys made and they work just fine

Helpful technician arrived within the allotted time frame of 30 min. The car's lock was repaired by him. The cost is reasonable. His service will be used once more by me.

All I can really say is that I did not appreciate the pushy attitude by the individual on the phone. The cliche line about we are filling up this afternoon used by service providers really turned me off. On that alone, I went with another locksmith provider. Not to mention they are double the price of the Service that I used.
