I had trouble with the key working in my lock, and they worked with me very quickly to get me the right key and it was very pleasant experience trying to get this corrected. Fast service good experience.

Fast and professional service. After seeing a lot of 5 star Google reviews, I called on a Sunday to find out if they did key FOB replacement. Despite the proprietor (who answered the phone) being on an emergency call, he met me at the shop 30 minutes later and within 20 minutes I had a replacement key FOB, and a spare for my RV. During that time I swear he received 10 other calls, but managed to get my keys done, maintain a conversation with me, put forth a professional front on the phone and dispatch other technicians to keyless people in trouble. True pro.

He provided a prompt response and arrived the next day to create a new car key duplicate. He completed the task in under 10 minutes for a 2019 Mazda 6. I'd advise anyone searching for quick and simple convenience to use him.
