He is very knowledgeable and provides a quality service at a very reasonable price. Today, I called him regarding my car key that was failing to work. Isaac walked me through the process i needed to do to get the my car started. He did not charge me for his help. He was able to help me despite he was busy on another job. great service.

Well very disappointed this time really I have bought these keys from the machines and they are truly the only ones that always work but this last time I bought two of you know the like $5 keys I want to say but $5 keys for just a house keys pretty expensive but you know they were personalized kind of you know they just had to signs and went down on them but and then they threw in the third one for free not one of them worked and I don't understand why because they looked exactly like the other key so I don't know but every other time they worked like gangbusters that's why I gave two stars cuz it should be one cuz not one works but I normally they do I've gotten keys from Walmart Ace hardware and Lowe's and had people make them with the key maker and almost every time those don't work but every time with the machine Kiki they always work but not this time I don't know what happened

Had three new front/back door keys t the Minute Key machine at the Lowe's at Baseline & Baseline. They were locked out last night and removed the doorset to get in. This technology really screwed me and my tenants up. Going to Lowes now to see what they'll do. I will post what happens next,
