Impressed with the service I received from Yale Express. They were very quick at responding to my request and even came out on a Sunday to help me. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. He fixed my door immediately, which has been broken for a while. We were able to use the extra key he gave us later that day, which was great! I would highly recommend this company!

He had no trouble opening it, despite the fact that it was a Volvo, which some people find difficult to open. A real locksmiths. Got copies of our mailbox key... The big box stores do not do these keys... great customer service and was quick. They have parking on side if building!

I came in to duplicate a key for my son's Acura Rsx and they went above and beyond to order a key fob that I wanted that they didn't have in stock and called promptly to let me know when it arrived. The locksmith was able to fix my lock in less than 15 minutes! I had been trying for days to get this fixed myself but couldn't figure out how to do it right so I called Yale KeyExpress and they were able to come out right away!
