Jon at Sitton Locksmith is amazing! He came out and fixed our door knob/lock back in July. He was courteous and professional. We just used him for a second time today. Our door knob fell off due to some loose screws. I messaged him on Friday night, he responded right away and fixed our lock on Saturday morning.

I'm an owner of Good Time Charli's, a neighborhood craft pub in Chandler with live music every day. We had occasion to use the services of Sundial Locksmith to repair the lock mechanism on a very old, temperamental pool table. Jacob arrived punctually, assessed the problem and said he would likely have to return the next day, if the part we needed were even in stock. I was surprised to hear back from Jacob an hour or so later. He said not only was the part was in the wherehouse but also that he could return later that afternoon to replace the lock assembly so guests could use the table immediately. He quickly repaired the lock and our guests were able to play on the table that night. I couldn't be happier with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship we received from Sundial Locksmith. First rate!
