Very quick turnaround and amazingly inexpensive. An I swear the new keys work better than the original!

Picture this open house with people stacking up behind one and other like a Phoenix rush hour before covid. Only to find out the the front door doesn't lock or close. A fast Google search and we found Pop-A-Lock. Caleb was sent out to help and not only did he get the lock working to a point where it would be acceptable. He was professional exceptionally clean and took care in the work he did. If I ever have a lock need again I will call them first.

Instructions were very understanding just follow to a T you can't go wrong. I love my lite key and the keys work FINE. my husband went to a key service Place earlier and he got back home and the keys doesn't work but I went to Walmart to one of the key machines for the first time and had two keys made and they work just fine

Very friendly, especially Diesel the mascot. Routinely have duplicate keys made several times a year for work. Oshrat is always greeting customers with a smile & makes you feel right at home. I've never had a bad key copy yet. Add to that the trays mini candy bars & this place is a pleasure to do business with. And don't forget to throw the ball for Diesel. I Highly recommend this place.
