I called Yale KeyExpress because my car's key wouldn't turn in the lock. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and she gave me a quote over the phone that was quite reasonable. The technician showed up promptly, and he was very nice as well. He took his time to explain everything to me, and he even made sure that I understood what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the locksmith services I had requested!

Just had keys cut and FOB programmed for my vehicle and Charles was very efficient, reasonable and friendly. Will definitely use him again

They were able to come out to my house, replace my deadbolt and replace my keys in less than an hour, and then they even came back a second time to make sure the new locks worked properly. I have already recommended them to another friend who is looking into getting locks changed at her house too!

The technician arrived on time. We reviewed what work was to be done and he got right after it. He re-keyed 9 locks in just a short time. He also re-programmed our garage door openers and paired the remotes. His work was top quality and very efficient.
