I came in to duplicate a key for my son's Acura Rsx and they went above and beyond to order a key fob that I wanted that they didn't have in stock and called promptly to let me know when it arrived. I called Yale KeyExpress because my car's key wouldn't turn in the lock. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and she gave me a quote over the phone that was quite reasonable. The technician showed up promptly, and he was very nice as well. He took his time to explain everything to me, and he even made sure that I understood what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the locksmith services I had requested!

We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.
