Got locked out - guy got me in my apt in minutes!! Called a few others on a Sunday, no one showed up. Thought this would cost me hundreds but gave me a decent price. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Yale KeyExpress. They were able to come the same day I called (which was really nice), and they were able to get me in to see the locksmith who would be helping me. They were very friendly, and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They also walked me through some of their best practices for maintaining the security of your home, which was really helpful! I highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs you have!

Keys work but come out of the machine a lot of metal debris still attached. They need to be sanded down to remove the loose metal.

We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.

Really disappointed!! Price didn't match what was on the kiosk. Price was doubled for ordinary keys, nothing special!
I'll look for a real person to cut my keys hutch time. It was a two for... but two keys get one free. My charge was 8.00 plus tax when sign said 4.00.
People, stear clear of this scam.

Pop-A-Lock was there for me when I was recently overcharged about $300 by some nasty 24/7 locksmith company. Tiffany, Mendel, and Deric all did a great job at giving me a 2nd letter of opinion and advice for a course of action when they really had no obligation to. Great customer service and I think the employees here all have their hearts in the right place. Spread the word to your friends and BEWARE of scams.

Instructions were very understanding just follow to a T you can't go wrong. I love my lite key and the keys work FINE. my husband went to a key service Place earlier and he got back home and the keys doesn't work but I went to Walmart to one of the key machines for the first time and had two keys made and they work just fine
