Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

I had locked myself out of my vehicle and I looked online and saw the reviews and believed Phoenix LockMaster was the way to go. I was told it would be $19.99 just to show up and labor starts at $35. It sounded fair (how much labor could there be?). I was told someone would be calling me right bac to confirm. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to see if someone was coming or not. A few minutes later Tommy called and said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he called to say he was close. When he finally arrived he used two air pillows to prop open the door wide enough to pop open the door lock (non electrical locks) and opened the door, less then 3 minutes. He told me my bill was $129. Not sure how we went from $54 to $129. We negotiated a little to $100 (still too high). We contacted region manager, Ron Goldenberg the next business day and discussed how it could jump so high. Ron was quick to resolve the issue and refunded $45. The service was professional, Tommy did do a very good job and Ron was very professional and customer conscious

Went to Fry's to have my car key copied and it wasn't compatible with the machine. They claim to be up to 66% cheaper than dealership replacements. They called me this morning with a quote and it was something along the lines of $260. They seemed taken aback when I said I didn't want to make an appointment and said that it would cost me $400-500 at the dealership. Called the dealership afterwards and it'll cost $117 there. KeyMe is a rip off.
