We are very happy with our choice to hire Custom Wood Products to design, build and install a large custom bookcase in our home. Everything went very smoothly and professionally, from the initial concept and quoting stage, through a follow-up meeting to finalize measurements and design details, to the build and final installation. Linda was always very clear and prompt in her communication and design documentation. Arturo is a very talented carpenter, building exactly the shelves we wanted and ensuring a perfect fit and integration with our existing walls, baseboards and stucco. We love our new shelves, and this company would definitely be our first choice for any future projects.

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
