Great Customer service. Job was done very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

It was a straightforward process, however we had a broken piece of an old key in our lock. We obtained bids by calling around, but these men were more affordable. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They also completed the work well. We will give them another call if we ever require residential keys or locks! We're so glad we found them!

Nathan helped me with re-keying my house and my automobile after my keychain was stolen. Very professional, timely and honest. I would recommend Nathan and Einstein locksmith to anyone who needs such services.

The house keys are a little sticky to turn in the locks but they do work. The important thing to know is that this is not a quick process. If you are already checked out at the grocery with ice cream etc, there will be melting while you wait and wait for the keys to be cut and dispensed. Try ONE key if you are pressed for time!

When my niece moved in with us to be closer to her work, we decided to provide her with house keys of her own. Her work schedule differed from ours, so it was the most practical solution. We called up a locksmith masters of laveen service company that provided us with great service and charged us reasonably for the work they did.

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

Worst customer service EVER!! Called to get information and the person was half asleep or something? He was very rude half answered my questions He acted like I was bothering him? My husband told him good morning, His replay what do you need!?then when We were trying to ask him something and he said “It’s a one word answer!! We have $ he was asking for! Just wanted to see schedule. Told him I will call you right back, and didn’t say anything just hung up on me! I guess he doesn’t need the $ or a Job!! He is lucky NOT NEEDING $ Or a JOB .

Now I know that I have really lived too long! I was leaving Fry’s grocery store when I noticed a strange machine just inside the entry door. After closer inspection, it claimed that it could make me a door key in just a few minutes. I didn’t believe it but, although I am almost 70, I love gadgets and stay up on all new technology. Nobody my age has as many Apple products as I do. Plus, I had recently moved and had been trying to get extra keys made for 3 months. I spent an hour walking around Home Depot last month, looking for the key-making thingie, putting 3 miles on my brand new Apple Watch (5 series - I bought my first one just 4 minutes after Series 1 was released!). So I decide Why not? Less than 10 minutes later, I had THREE copies of my apartment door key! A regular one, a green one and a polka dot one! They cost about $20 - buy 2, get 1 free - AND THEY ALL WORK PERFECTLY! I got the most basic styles - but there is even one that can open beer bottles. You can also get car keys cut also. All you do is stick your key in what looks like a door lock and the computer reads the grooves. You pick what style you want on a touch screen and put in your credit/debit card. Your receipt is emailed to you (mine came up on my Apple Watch as I left the store). The KeyMe kiosk offers a lot more services like remembering your key info. I chose not to do that - it was a little creepy to me, like giving up my DNA. But, still, it was the most amazing thing to me since the cordless phone! And I was around when it came out! What’s next?!

Locked my keys in my car and called these guys to come save the day. The tech that worked on my car was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Didn't even take him 5 minutes to unlock my CTS-V and get my keys out. Would definitely recommend using these guys as I will continue to do so.

What more could you ask for? Excellent service, affordable costs, and a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. In less than 45 minutes, they manufactured me two sets of car keys, programmed the remote FOB for each, and the cost was fantastic as well! They are absolutely worth using again, and I would suggest them to anybody!

Bait and switch. 19 bucks plus another 19 bucks quote. Charged me 200 dollars to replace one cylinder in fifteen minutes.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

Great customer service! We had to change out our company lock and contacted Arizona Keys Locksmith. They came the same day and changed out the lock. A couple of weeks later, the lock became loose, so we contacted Arizona Keys Locksmith. Although we only needed to tighten the lock, which we could have done ourselves, they came out within an hour and tightened it up....no charge!
